The European platform, founded in 2025 and now publicly available, lets businesses create customer support chatbots by feeding in documents, URLs, and files. Pricing starts at free with a paid tier at 19 euros per month.
The setup process works like most RAG-based chatbot tools (RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation - the bot searches your uploaded documents to find relevant answers instead of making things up). Upload your PDFs, spreadsheets, images, or point it at your website URLs. The bot indexes everything and answers customer questions based on that content.
A few things stand out from the spec sheet. It handles 12-plus languages with automatic detection, processes images and audio transcriptions alongside text, and includes lead capture built into the chat flow. The free tier gives you 20 URLs, 10 files, and 200 messages per month. The Starter plan bumps that to 2,000 messages for 19 euros. Pro at 49 euros adds up to three bots with expanded limits. Enterprise gets custom pricing and access to premium AI models beyond the default GPT-4o-mini.
The honest assessment: this market is saturated. Chatbase, Tidio, Crisp, and dozens of others already do variations of this. Bravos AI's GDPR compliance and European hosting might matter for EU-based businesses wary of sending customer data to US servers, but the feature set doesn't break new ground. If you're already using a chatbot tool, there's no compelling reason to switch. If you're shopping for your first one, the free tier makes it low-risk to test.
